  • Booking Errors: If you accidentally book the wrong activity or time slot and notify us within 24 hours of making the booking, we may issue a refund or allow you to transfer your booking to another available time slot, subject to availability.
  • Medical Reasons: If you are unable to participate in the sports activity due to medical reasons and provide a valid medical certificate, you may be eligible for a refund. Please notify us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
